Kia ora, I'm Ritai — the builder behind RNR Homes. New builds, renovations and carpentry across Turangi and the Central Plateau, with care for the process and the quality.
I qualified as a carpenter and became a Licensed Building Practitioner, then started RNR Homes to do building the right way — on my own, to my own standard.
Turangi is home. My nan was born and raised here, and the connection to this whenua runs deep. That connection shapes how I work: with manaakitanga (care for people), whanaungatanga (relationship), and doing right by the job.
What sets the work apart is simple — I care about the process and the quality. Not just getting it done, but getting it right, from the first measure to the final fix.
